The company enters into its first agency agreement within ingredients to the paint and varnish industry. This agreement is still valid today. |

Rode & Rode A/S now focuses on sales of ingredients and raw materials within the following three main industries:

Rode & Rode A/S takes over WM Specialfoder A/S in Hedensted and thus adds own production of refined cereals to the feed industry. |

The company moves into new headquarters in Hedensted, Jutland. |

Rode & Rode Svenska AB is established in Sweden with main focus on the food industry. |

Production is established in Northern Jutland under the same concept as our production in Hedensted. |

Rode & Rode GmbH is established in Bielefeld. |

The associated broker company Embro A/S is established with Rode & Rode A/S as co-owner. |

Rode & Rode Systems ApS is established in Hedensted. |

Purchase office is established in Hong Kong. |

Rode & Rode A/S purchases the majority of shares in Nordic Flavours AB in Sweden. They share offices with Rode & Rode Svenska AB in Malmö. |

Rode & Rode Benelux B.V. is established in Holland. |

Rode & Rode A/S takes over the activities in Maach Pelsdyrartikler ApS in Northern Jutland. Rode & Rode Træmel A/S and Maach Pelsdyrartikler ApS become one company under the name Maach Pelsdyrartikler A/S (later R2 Farm Partner A/S). |

Structural changes are made, and Rode & Rode changes its name to R2 Group. The company is divided into separate companies: R2 Food Partner A/S, R2 Feed Partner A/S, R2 ChemTec A/S, R2 Pharmactive A/S, R2 Systems ApS, R2 Nordic Flavours AB, R2 Nutrimens BV, R2 Food Solutions AB and R2 Farm Partner A/S. |

The company R2 Brew A/S is established in Hedensted. The company focuses on trade with micro breweries |

R2 Group acquires joint ownership and later full ownership of Danetto Ingredients in Silkeborg. The factory changes its name to R2 Food Production A/S |

R2 Group opens an office in Milan, R2 MedItalia, which sells ingredients to the pharmaceutical industry. |
