1990s
In 1990 Lars Skou becomes a co-owner of the company after two years of employment, and later his brother, Peter Skou, also becomes a co-owner. With their background from the feed industry and the food industry respectively they strenghten the proces of expanding the business activities to exactly these industries. In the interim Bent Rode and Georg Rode choose to retire.

 1997
Rode & Rode A/S takes over WM Specialfoder A/S in Hedensted, and with it, own production of processed grain products to the feed industry.

1998
Rode & Rode A/S moves its headquarters to Hedensted, and a few years later the office in Copenhagen is closed.

2000
Rode & Rode A/S begins production of wood flour to the mink industry in Northern Jutland; today under the name of R2 Farm Partner which after the purchase of Maach Pelsdyartikler in 2005 now also sells fur articles to the mink industry.
Rode & Rode Svenska is established in Sweden.

 2004
Frank Hansen chooses to retire, and Thomas L. Nielsen enters the circle of owners of Rode & Rode A/S after 5 years of employment within the chemico-technical department of the company and many years of experience within the paint and varnish industry.
Rode & Rode Systems ApS – today R2 Systems ApS - is established in Hedensted.

2005
Nordic Flavours AB in Sweden is acquired; today R2 Nordic Flavours A/S. Rode & Rode Benelux B.V. (today R2 Nutrimens B.V.) is established in Holland with Eveline Bavelaar as co-owner.

 2006
A large restructuring is carried out, where Rode & Rode changes its name to R2 Group, and the company is split up into independent units. As of 1 October 2006 the following units are therefore established: R2 Food Partner A/S, R2 Feed Partner A/S, R2 ChemTec A/S, R2 Pharmactive A/S, R2 Systems ApS, R2 Nordic Flavours AB, R2 Nutrimens BV and R2 Farm Partner A/S.

2007
The company R2 Brew A/S is established in Hedensted. R2 Brew focuses on sales of ingredients to micro breweries.

 2009
R2 Group buys blending and repacking facilities for the food industry near Silkeborg under the name of R2 Food Production A/S.
R2 Group opens an office in Milan, R2 MedItalia, from where ingredients are sold to the pharmaceutical industry.
